The Challenge
Windmill Microlending needed to establish a new, secure, and well-organized Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment to serve as the foundation for their new BigQuery Data data warehouse. They required expert guidance to ensure the setup followed best practices for security, identity management, and resource hierarchy.
The Solution
StrataPrime conducted a GCP Foundations assessment and led a series of “over-the-shoulder” workshops to establish a production-ready environment. This included setting up the GCP Organization, configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) with appropriate roles, establishing billing, and training the Windmill team on best practices.
