This well-known high street bank was in need of a solution to improve the customer interaction rate, improve the quality of service across the branches, empower the staff further by improving their knowledge and speed at which it could be accessed. This all went hand in hand with a complete physical re design of branch layouts to remove walls and anything seen a blocker between the end customer and bank colleagues in order to provide a much improved personal service.

By helping manage a selection process for an Enterprise mobile management (EMM) platform to secure and deploy 8500 tablet devices 2500 of which were destined for 1600 branches. The StrataPrime team members provided a stable platform that allowed existing business processes to be digitised whilst increasing their efficiency. Completed the selection and then management of a third party distributor to help configure and package the devices before being shipped straight to branch building to a capability were over 250 per devices we shipped per night. Behind this was an end to end service wrap integrated with an exciting IT service desk and new dedicated mobile team for third line support and ongoing product management.
The bank has now grown the deployment to over 15000 tablets globally with over a dozen business areas utilising the solution and platform set up for the Branches. A true market leading mobile first transformation initiative delivering increasing and ongoing value for over four years.
